Q: What exactly is anointing oil?
A: Anointing oil is a sacred oil used for prayer, blessing, consecration, and spiritual devotion. It often blends olive oil with biblical herbs, resins, or essential oils.

Q: Are your oils from the Holy Land?
A: Yes — we source and blend many oils in Jerusalem or under supervision in Israel, to preserve authenticity and spiritual significance.

Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: We offer a range: small sizes (7.5–15 ml), medium (30–60 ml), and large (100–250 ml). Also roll-on (10 ml), spray (30 ml), metal bottles, etc.

Q: What is the best size for personal use?
A: Small sizes (7.5–15 ml, roll-on) are ideal for personal prayer and carrying with you.

Q: What size is suitable for church or group use?
A: Medium to large (100–250 ml) is better for services or blessing larger spaces or groups.

Q: Do you blend oils or are they pure single-ingredient oils?
A: We offer both pure oils (e.g. pure olive + one biblical scent) and blends combining herbs, resins, or essential oils (e.g. frankincense & myrrh).

Q: What scents/aromatic lines do you carry?
A: Frankincense, Myrrh, Nard, Hyssop, Rose of Sharon, Pomegranate, Cedar of Lebanon, Messiah, Elijah, Lion of Judah, etc.

Q: Are these oils consecrated or blessed?
A: We do not automatically claim “blessed” — however, certain products may be consecrated in churches in the Holy Land; such info is indicated on product pages.

Q: Can I use anointing oil on my skin?
A: Yes — generally safe, but avoid contact with eyes. If you have sensitive skin, do a patch test first.

Q: Are these oils edible?
A: No, they are for external use only (anointing/ritual). We don’t recommend ingestion.

Q: How should I store the oils?
A: In a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Tighten caps. Glass and metal bottles protect quality better.

Q: Do these oils expire?
A: Over time the scent may fade. Use within 1–3 years, depending on storage and bottle type.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: It depends on destination. Usually 7–21 business days. Express options may shorten that.

Q: How much is shipping cost?
A: Shipping cost depends on country, weight, and shipping method. You’ll see options at checkout.

Q: Are there customs or import duties?
A: Yes — depending on your country’s import rules, duties/VAT may apply. We sometimes offer pre-paid VAT for EU/UK.

Q: Do you charge VAT or taxes at checkout?
A: In some domains (EU/UK) you may prepay VAT. In others, local authorities may charge on arrival.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, possibly other local methods (depending on your region).

Q: Is the checkout secure?
A: Yes. We use HTTPS encryption and trusted payment gateways.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll attempt to update it.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days for unused products in original packaging.

Q: What if my oil arrives damaged or broken?
A: Contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange replacement or refund.

Q: Do you offer gift packaging?
A: Yes — we can include gift boxes, ribbon, or special packaging on request.
