Notes: import VAT/duties may apply; couriers may require a street address (no P.O. boxes); we can’t ship to embargoed/restricted destinations or areas without carrier service. Orders typically dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Due to carrier and regulatory restrictions, we’re unable to ship to all Arab League member states (except the United Arab Emirates) and to any destination not served by Israel Post or our partner couriers. Service availability can change without notice.

  • Handling time: usually 1–3 business days before dispatch.

  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • If any item needs extra checks or kitting, we’ll email you.

  • Remote area surcharges may apply per carrier rules; if applicable, they’ll be shown at checkout.

Tracking & Updates

  • You’ll receive a tracking number and link once your parcel ships.

  • Tracking events appear after the first carrier scan; please allow 24–72 hours for the first update.

Address & Delivery

  • Street address and phone number are required for courier services; P.O. boxes may be unavailable.

  • Partial shipments (split) can be arranged if your order contains pre-orders or items with different readiness times.

Taxes & Customs

  • EU: VAT/duties and carrier fees are not included and are payable by the recipient (see “EU Import VAT & Customs”).

  • United Kingdom: rules depend on the £135 threshold and shipment type (see “United Kingdom”).

  • Other destinations: import charges are set by local authorities and are paid by the recipient.

EU Import VAT & Customs

Orders shipped to countries in the European Union may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and/or carrier service fees (e.g., brokerage, storage). These charges are assessed by your local customs office/carrier, are not included in the product price or our shipping fee (unless clearly stated otherwise), and are paid by the recipient.

  • How it’s charged: Amounts and procedures are set by the destination country. Payment may be requested before release of the parcel or upon delivery.

  • If charges aren’t paid: The parcel may be delayed, held, returned, or disposed of under carrier/customs rules. We don’t control the timing or the amounts.

  • Returns due to non-payment: If a parcel returns to us because import charges weren’t paid, we can issue a partial refund of the item price after the parcel is received back at our warehouse and passes inspection. Original shipping, return shipping, and any non-refundable fees are not reimbursed. If the carrier/customs disposes of the parcel, no refund is possible.

  • Honest declarations: We complete paperwork in line with the law—we don’t undervalue shipments and don’t mark orders as “gift.”

  • When taxes are included/prepaid: If a product page or checkout explicitly states that taxes are included or duties are prepaid, you shouldn’t be charged additional import fees (within the terms of that option).

  • Helpful tip: Please provide a valid email and phone number at checkout—the carrier will contact you to arrange payment and release of the parcel.

United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales)

Orders to the UK may incur VAT, customs duties and carrier fees. These charges are set by UK rules and are not included in our prices or standard shipping (unless we clearly say so at checkout). They’re paid by the recipient.

  • Consignment value and the £135 rule. UK rules look at the total consignment value (not each item separately). For consignments over £135, import VAT is collected at the border and customs duty may apply; carriers may also add clearance/handling fees. For consignments £135 or less, UK law generally requires VAT to be charged at checkout by the seller or (if used) the online marketplace. If checkout shows taxes included/prepaid, you shouldn’t be charged VAT again on import. 

  • If import charges aren’t paid. Parcels can be delayed, held, returned or disposed of under carrier/customs rules. We don’t control the timing or the amounts. 

  • Returns due to non-payment. If a parcel returns to us because import charges weren’t paid, we can issue a partial refund of the item price after it is received back and passes inspection. Original and return shipping and any non-refundable carrier/customs fees aren’t reimbursed. If a parcel is disposed of by the carrier/customs, no refund is possible. (Same policy as for the EU.)

  • Honest declarations. We complete paperwork lawfully — we don’t undervalue and don’t mark orders as “gift.” (Gift relief is a separate UK scheme for private gifts, not commercial purchases.) 

Note for Northern Ireland (UK): NI follows the EU low-value import scheme (IOSS) for eligible orders. Where we state taxes are prepaid via IOSS, you shouldn’t be charged on import. Otherwise, normal import charges apply.

Orders & Processing

How fast do you process orders?

Usually 1–3 business days before dispatch. Weekend/holiday orders are processed next business day.

Can I change or cancel after payment?

Yes — until the order ships. After dispatch, please use our returns process.

Do you split shipments?

On request. If some items are ready earlier, we can ship them separately.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay. Gift cards & coupons at checkout.

Which currency is charged?

Prices display in your selected currency; your bank may convert at its rate.

Is checkout secure?

Yes—payments are handled by certified providers; we don’t store card numbers.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide from Israel (Holy Land). Exceptions: destinations not served by Israel Post/our couriers and all Arab League countries (except the UAE). If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, service isn’t available. See Where We Ship and Countries We Don’t Ship To.

How much is shipping?

Calculated automatically at checkout by weight/volumetric weight, destination, and service. Remote-area surcharges may apply. No free shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Typical estimates (not incl. customs): EU/UK 7–15 business days (express 3–7), USA/Canada 10–20 (express 3–7), Australia/NZ 12–25 (express 4–8), Middle East & Asia 7–20 (express 3–7), Latin America & Caribbean 15–30 (express 5–9). See Shipping Times & Costs.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?

Couriers usually require a street address and phone number.

Tracking

When do I get my tracking number?

Right after dispatch. First carrier scan may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Tracking hasn’t updated—what now?

Gaps are normal in transit. If no movement for 7+ days, contact us and we’ll open a carrier inquiry.

Taxes & Customs

Are taxes and duties included in prices?

Usually not. Import VAT/duties and carrier fees are set by your country and are paid by the recipient. See EU Import VAT & Customs and United Kingdom.

Can you mark as “gift” or lower the value?

Sorry, no — we declare shipments lawfully.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

What’s your return window?

14 days from delivery for new, unused items in original packaging (exclusions apply to personalized/hygiene items). Contact us before sending anything back.

If I refuse to pay import charges and the parcel returns—do I get a refund?

If it returns to us, we issue a partial refund of the item price after inspection. Original/return shipping and any non-refundable fees are not reimbursed. If the carrier/customs disposes of the parcel, we can’t refund.

How do I exchange an item?

Return for refund and place a new order — it’s the fastest route.

When will I see my refund?

After we receive and inspect the return, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days (bank/processor dependent).

Damages, Loss, Missing Items

My item arrived damaged.

Please photograph the outer box and item, keep all materials, and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll file a claim/arrange a solution.

My parcel is lost.

We’ll open a trace with the carrier; outcome may be a replacement or refund.

Something is missing from the box.

Send your order number and photos of the contents; we’ll prioritize the fix.

Address, Redelivery & Holds

I entered the wrong address—can you fix it?

Before dispatch — yes. After dispatch — depends on the carrier and may require extra time/fees.

I missed the courier.

Follow the carrier’s notice for re-delivery or pickup location and storage deadlines.

Gifts & Packaging

Do you offer gift wrap and a note?

Yes — add the request at checkout (a small fee may apply).

Can you exclude prices for gifts?

We can include a gift receipt without pricing and send the final invoice by email to the buyer.

Stock & Pre-Orders

Is an item in stock?

Status appears on the product page. For pre-orders, the estimated ship date is shown near the Add-to-Cart button.

Can you reserve an item?

Yes, with a deposit — contact us for a short hold.

Discounts, Coupons & Gift Cards

Where do I apply a coupon?

In the Discount/Promo code field at checkout.

Can I stack multiple coupons?

Typically one code per order, unless stated otherwise.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes — digital gift cards in various amounts (subject to promo terms where applicable).

Documents & Wholesale

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes — an electronic invoice is emailed after payment. A formal invoice for accounting can be provided on request.

Do you offer wholesale/B2B terms?

We do. Share your project details (items/volumes/timeline) and we’ll prepare pricing and lead times.

Accounts & Privacy

Do I need an account to buy?

No — guest checkout is available. An account makes tracking and reordering easier.
