Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility & Window

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include any tags/labels. Please keep your order number handy for faster processing.

How to Start a Return
  1. Email us at ops@terra-santa.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with next steps and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship within the timeframe provided in our instructions.

Note: Prepaid labels are provided when required by law or for our error/defects; otherwise, return postage may be the customer’s responsibility (see “Return Shipping Costs”).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your card issuer or bank may take 3–10 business days to post the credit after we process it.

Original shipping charges, import duties, and brokerage fees are not refundable unless we made an error.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange for the same item/variant if stock is available. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened liquids (e.g., anointing oils or holy water)
  • Used consumables such as incense or soaps
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Final-sale bundles and gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our expense.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If a prepaid label is provided for convenience, the label cost may be deducted from the refund unless prohibited by local law.

International Orders (VAT/Duties)

Import taxes, VAT, and carrier fees are the customer’s responsibility unless prepaid on our checkout. If a parcel is refused and returned to us, we will refund the product price minus outbound/return shipping and any carrier fees once the parcel is received back in good condition.

EU/UK Customers

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. EU right of withdrawal: you have 14 days from delivery to notify us and 14 days thereafter to return the item in unused, resaleable condition. We will process the refund in accordance with applicable law.

Late or Missing Refunds
  1. Check with your bank or card issuer (posting times vary).
  2. If the refund isn’t visible after our confirmation and your bank’s timeframe, contact us.
