Cumin or Caraway - a plant that was known to the ancient Egyptians, so its seeds are still found in the pyramids. This spice is considered a relative of parsley, has a pleasant, slightly harsh taste and a piquant flavor.
Eastern housewives believe that there is nothing to do without cumin in the kitchen! This spice is indispensable for preserving vegetables (cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms), and in the preparation of this oriental pilaf, the ground cumin takes a honorable place along with barberry, saffron, a mixture of peppers, paprika, aromatic herbs and garlic. Soups, salads, cold snacks, hot vegetable, meat and fish dishes are seasoned with Cumin. It ennobles the taste of fermented milk products (yoghurt, curdled milk, cottage cheese), baking, confectionery and beverages. Caraway in combination with fennel, cardamom and cinnamon is added to jam and fruit salads.
Cumin is very useful for digestion - it removes colic and stomach cramps, reduces the manifestations of diarrhea and flatulence, improves appetite and digestion. Tea with cumin helps with toxicosis and improves lactation, eliminates insomnia, tones up, strengthens memory and is an effective aphrodisiac. For cough treatment in folk medicine, tea from cumin, coriander, fennel and cardamom is used.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
